The comedienne and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres has launch a 250-item pet lifestyle brand, to be sold exclusively at PetSmart. This wide-ranging and stylish collection includes sketch art incorporated onto everything a dog could own, including treat jars and collars. DeGeneres, who considers her pets as her own children, has also added a grooming line to her brand that includes shampoo and fragrance spritzes from naturally derived ingredients.
It should come to no surprise why celebrities and other investors are jumping to become part of the pet care market. Pet ownership has been on the rise for consecutive years, and the pet market is valued at $62 billion dollars.
